Former Union Executive: Rebecca began her 20 plus year career in a business environment, eventually moving into organized labor where she held progressive union leadership roles, from steward to Executive Leadership, specializing in training and development across multiple training platforms.  In her dual role, Rebecca led the design, development, delivery and standardization of national training programs for her members and clients, eventually organizing and conducting advanced leadership seminars on a national level.  Her clients have ranged from frontline leaders to CEOs of Fortune 50 to 500 companies, by whom she received national recognition for standardized and copyrighted learning and development tools, including apprenticeship programs registered with the Nevada Secondary Education System and Department of Labor.

Prior to her executive leadership role, Rebecca was a lead contract negotiator within the organization she served, and handled various progressive grievance processes, up to and including mediation and arbitration.

As a consultant, Rebecca has led numerous anti-union campaigns, resulting in a winning record for the companies with whom she partnered, including but not limited to government, non-profit, and for profit organizations within airline, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, energy and retail industries.  Her expertise and range of communication styles have enabled her ability to resonate with all organizational levels, including frontline employees to executive leadership.  She leads conversations with candor, honesty and credibility, and with her background as both a union member and leader, she is able to give real life examples of what employees need to know to make sound business decisions.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Toledo, and Master of Business Administration from Ashland University. Additionally, she has served as Chairperson and Board member on multiple local and state agencies, and holds myriad industry certifications in occupational safety and health mandates.  A published author of trade materials, periodicals, non-fiction and historic fiction books, Rebecca is married and enjoys working on her ranch in her spare time.  When she is not traveling for work, Rebecca is busy writing the sequel to her first fictional thriller that has received accolades from her readers.
